Manual Therapy
Manual Therapy, Dry Needling & Joint Manipulation
I use advanced manual therapy techniques to reduce pain, restore range of motion, and improve how your body actually moves, whether we need to focus on improving your breathing mechanics or perhaps your foot and ankle function.
Manual therapy is hands-on treatment that addresses restrictions your body may be unable to resolve on its own. Depending on what you need, that may include soft tissue work, joint manipulation to restore mobility, and dry needling to reduce tension and pain.
I've studied under a fellow of orthopedic manual therapy (FAAOMPT) and taken numerous advanced manual therapy courses.
Manual therapy is never the whole plan, it's the tool that makes the active work stick.
Dealing with pain or stiffness that won't let go?
