SERVICES & Pricing
Who This Is For
I work with athletes and outdoor enthusiasts who are frustrated with pain limiting their performance. If you're dealing with an Achilles issue, shoulder dysfunction, movement patterns that don't serve you, or an injury keeping you from your sport, and you're ready to fix it properly instead of just dealing with it, this is for you.
Every session includes extensive hands-on work, precise diagnostic clarity, and direct access to me between sessions. You're not following a template. You're getting a protocol built for your specific situation, your goals, and your timeline.
Pricing
Initial Evaluation: $300
A comprehensive assessment where I figure out exactly what's causing your problem. The tissue issue, the movement patterns, the load tolerance, the sport-specific demands. You leave with clarity, a specific plan, and confidence about what comes next.
This is rarely the endpoint. Most athletes need to go deeper.
Foundation Program: $1,470 6 sessions over 6 to 10 weeks | $245 per session
Over 6 weeks we build structural foundation and sustainable movement patterns. By week 4 you'll feel the difference and understand the bigger picture. Some athletes finish here and maintain on their own. Most see the momentum and commit to the complete protocol.
Complete Protocol: $2,350 10 sessions over 10 to 14 weeks | $235 per session
This is the full arc. During your time we'll rebuild tissue quality, establish movement patterns engineered for your sport, and train durability. You'll return stronger and more resilient than before. This is where transformation happens.
Individual Sessions: $275
For ongoing maintenance, programming adjustments, or if you're not ready to commit to a full program yet.
How to Get Started
Payment & Insurance
Insurance
All sessions are out-of-pocket and due at your appointment. I accept cash, card, Venmo, and checks. Insurance is not accepted.
HSA/FSA
If you have a Health Savings Account or Flexible Spending Account, you're welcome to use it at Explore!
Superbills
If you have out of network coverage, I can provide a superbill for your services so you can request partial (or sometimes full) reimbursement directly from your insurance provider. This requires you to pay upfront, submit the superbill to your plan, and then they reimburse you. Check with your plan administrator to confirm coverage.
Medicare
I cannot legally accept Medicare patients. If you're Medicare-eligible, you'll need to work with a Medicare-contracted physical therapy provider.
FAQ
Do you work with insurance?
As an out-of-network provider you'll have no delays, no rushed care, full access to me, and longer sessions (60 to 75 minutes, 1:1 with me; instead of the typical 30 minutes in most insurance based clinics).
I can provide superbills for HSA/FSA reimbursement and for those with out-of-network coverage. If you're on Medicare, I unfortunately can't work with you.
Can I do individual sessions first, then upgrade to a program?
Definitely! Book an evaluation, then if you want to go deeper, we can apply that toward a program.
What if I need fewer than 6 sessions?
The Foundation program is often the best starting point real progress. If that's too much, you can stick with individual sessions.
What's your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your appointment. If you book and don't show without notice, the full session fee is charged or that session credit will be deducted from your program.
How long are sessions?
60 to 75 minutes depending on what you need that day.
Why This Approach Works
I've opted for this model of care because it gives me flexibility to give you longer, focused sessions, adjust protocols without insurance approval delays, and focus entirely on your results instead of insurance requirements. You never have to worry about suddenly seeing a new therapist, working with an Aide or not having enough time to ask all of your questions! You'll get higher quality care and much faster progress than the traditional experience.
