Blood FLow Restriction (BFR)
Blood Flow Restriction Therapy
I use medical-grade smart cuffs to deliver blood flow restriction training for post-operative rehab and injuries that can't tolerate heavy loading.
BFR lets you build strength using very light loads by partially restricting blood flow to a working limb. This creates a strong training stimulus without the heavy weights that would otherwise stress healing tissue. That makes it especially valuable after surgery, or when an injury won't tolerate loading yet, you can maintain and build muscle at a stage when traditional strength work simply isn't an option.
It's one of the most useful tools available for protecting healing tissue while keeping you strong and reducing atrophy.
Recovering from surgery or an injury that can't handle heavy loads?
