What equipment do you need to complete this program?

⚒️All of the mobility exercises should be feasible for you to perform at home; it will be helpful to have a weight or some resistance bands for one of the exercises. 

⚒️Access to a gym will help immensely for the endurance and power sections; though you could get creative without much equipment if necessary. 

⚒️A heart rate monitor/watch that tracks your heart rate will be helpful to ensure accuracy with endurance exercise, but isn't mandatory.
